Our employees and those who are yet to join Trotech are important to us. It is our employees who determine the success of the company, who ensure the safety and quality standards to which we aspire, and who together drive our core value of Khula Nathi – Grow with Us.

Careers

Trotech, as with the M&D Group of companies grow, require additional employees and new skills. Where possible, these are sourced from within the group, offering career paths for our employees. When not available within the company new positions are filled by outside candidates who are chosen for their skills and their ability to embrace the M&D culture.

How we hire

Trotech, like the M&D Group hires both from within the group, offering career paths for our employees, and without the group to expand the skills and number of personnel within the companies.
