The M&D Group of companies operate within a wide spectrum of construction activities, many of which are specialised in nature. Trotech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of M&D Construction Group
TROTECH’S business is conducted as a standalone legal entity within the M&D Group of companies whilst being afforded the ability to operate in a broad sphere of construction activities, many of which are specialist in nature. This has resulted in the acquisition and formation of companies within the group whose product offering is of a specialist nature.
All M&D companies, both in South Africa and the neighbouring SADC countries, are wholly-owned subsidiaries within the group. Additionally, TROTECH specialises in Tanks and Vessel Design and Construction, and it is also a subsidiary of the group.
M&DPLC, specialising in Marine Construction, and M&DCTS, focusing on Dewatering Technology, are companies in which M&D Construction holds the majority of shares. These companies collaborate with specialised international partners and shareholders.
